quote

"I really love this next player: Steven Gerrard. He is someone I have a real soft spot for. There’s only one problem with him – I can never remember if it’s one ‘r’ or two in his name! He has everything, though. I love the way he plays. He’s an inspirational leader, he scores goals, he plays great passes, he runs powerfully, he tackles… everything. Stevie is just brilliant – the complete player."

Wow, I’ve never had five messages in my ask box at the same time :’D And I guess you’re the same person, so thanks :D
I’ll try to answer them with the best of my English!
1# - Well, actually I think I don’t have any because I only watch Premier League, and only support the Spanish NT which is full of Barca and RM players, and most of the rest play in England. But if I have to say somebody, then it’s Navas, Llorente and Martinez. I’m sorry I can’t say two more because I’m not aware of the La Liga players.
#2 - I’d definitely play as a goalie! I used to play a goalkeeper in primary school in handball too, and since I suck at kicking… :’D
#3 - Uhh, hard question… Well, most memorable can also mean bad things so maybe I’ll say sad memories too… Uhm, I’m thinking… 1: When Pique’s rolling in the grass and Switzerland scores. Then… 2: Villa scoring from 22-cm offside against Portugal who I was afraid of playing against the most during the whole WC. And… 3: Suarez (who I love now but hated then) hands out Gyan’s goal who later misses the penalty. Um… 4: The Algeria-Slovenia match which I think was the most boring during the whole tournament. And… well, the fifth is obviously hearing the whistle three times in the final after Iniesta scored for Spain and seeing my beloved boys celebrating :)
#4 - Of course I do! I’m a Liverpool fan so it’s obvious for me… Every referee in the Premiership (mostly Webb who I call ‘the Rat’ btw) works for Sir Alex, wittingly or unwittingly… But most of them purposely, I’m telling you… My best memory of Fergie time being used against Ferguson is when we were leading against Utd 1-0,  but as I remember 8 minutes were added and instead of MU scoring, we did in the 96th min xD So we won 2-0 :’D Oh, and of course, this year Manchester City winning PL on Fergie time, that was priceless too :’D
#5 - Oh, difficult one again… Kenny Dalglish for sure. And I have to say Fergie too (however, he’s not a favourite, I’m only saying he’s great). I mean, I don’t respect him as a person at all but he does/did wonderful job with MU, no doubt. And Pep Guardiola, the genius of the decade, and José Mourinho too. Mou is an asshole, but I admire him for building up RM after what they went through and where they were when he took over the team. Fifth, oh… Luis Aragones. I don’t actually know what he’s doing at this time, but I’ve loved the Spain NT because of his work, and I think without him Spain wouldn’t have won neither the WC nor this year’s Euros, although I like VdB too. But Aragones raised this team. (And I hope Brendan Rodgers soon joins this list :))
Awwwh, thanks again for asking these questions, I loved answering them :)

Xavi: Yes!  It was a spectacular experience.

Iniesta:  I don’t remember.  I probably gave it to my mother when I was very small.

Puyol:  It was given to my mother.

Cesc:   Yes, it was on a beach in Arenys with a girl named Mireia.  Unforgettable.

Pique: Yes, but that’s quite personal.

Pedro: Of course!  It was a while ago.

Busquets: It was innocent, infantile, timid.

Pepe Reina :  Vaguely.

Xabi Alonso:  Yes, but that’s something too personal to talk about publicly.

Mata: Yes, it was in Madrid.

Navas: No.

Torres: Yes, and I’ll leave it at that.

Valdes: Yes, it happened when I was 10.

Silva: ¡Uf!  It happened with an important person in my life that I will always remember.

Capdevila:  With tongue?  I don’t know… I think it was in Tàrrega, a long time ago.

Albiol: It didn’t go very well, since I didn’t know what to do.  I was really nervous.  It was a disaster.

Arbeloa: Yes, I remember it.  It was like all first kisses… perhaps not what one expects

Villa: It was a long time ago.  I remember who I gave it to, but not how it was.

Some of these Barca guys think their mom was their first kiss… which is technically true I guess since they did not specify what kind of kiss. Oh you lovely souls. Valdes had his kiss way too soon, and Pedro way too late. Busi’s kiss was just like him. Pique used to be so private, then why are going around kissing Shakira everywhere?!

KÖTELEZŐ! Mindenkinek!!!
